Next year , I hope to start my Bachlors in Emergency Management or start Paramedic School.
Why did you join the rescue squad?
I joined the squad as a kid I wanted to do a "COOL" job when i grew up. As, I would see the fire trucks and ambulances on the roads or for career and think to my self "when I grow up I wanna be like "them". Now, many years later being one of "them" to be able to make a difference in the lives of those around me and in my community, means the world.
What are your hobbies and/or interests outside of the rescue squad?
When I'm not at one of my many jobs I love to workout, go fishing , and I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
What do you like best about being part of the Rescue Squad?
SVRS is like one big family. Being able to do different things, meet new people, advance my medical knowledge, and make life long friends, all while making an impact in my community are just a few of the reasons of why I love being a part of SVRS.
